Aria is planning software: it helps dental professionals save time by drafting treatment sequences and quotes. Every AI-generated result is a proposal that must be validated and corrected by a dentist before any clinical use. The dentist always decides; Aria never does. Each AI recommendation keeps the references and reasoning it was built on, so your practice can always trace where a proposal came from.

The plans, sequences, quotes and patient details your practice enters belong to your practice. We use them only to provide the service to you: never to sell, never for advertising, never to train general-purpose AI models. You can ask for a full export or a full deletion of your practice’s data at any time by writing to contact@ariadental.io, and we will act on it promptly.

Aria’s database is hosted in Switzerland (Zurich). Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Backups follow the same protections.

When you generate a sequence or a quote, the text you entered is sent to our AI providers solely to produce your result, together with the clinical reference material the task needs. Our providers are bound by terms that prohibit them from training their models on this data.

Each practitioner signs in with a personal account, and rights inside a practice follow roles. Links shared with a patient show only that patient’s plan, and access can be revoked by the practice. Our own staff accesses customer data only when needed to operate or support the service.
