Terms of Service

Aria is operated by DentAI SA, a Swiss company (the “we” of these terms). Aria is an AI-assisted treatment-planning platform for dental professionals: it turns a described treatment plan into a visual sequence of appointments and a quote, which the practice reviews, adjusts, validates, and shares with patients. By creating an account or using Aria you agree to these terms.

Aria is a planning aid for licensed dental professionals. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it never replaces professional judgment. Every sequence, delay, and quote Aria proposes must be reviewed and validated by the treating practitioner before any clinical or financial use. The practice remains solely responsible for all clinical decisions and for the accuracy of what it communicates to patients.

• Aria is reserved for dental professionals and their practice staff.
• You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for the actions taken under your practice’s profiles.
• Provide accurate information when creating the account.

Where Aria is offered in beta (currently the US edition):

• Features may change, be added, or be withdrawn as the product evolves; we work in close contact with beta practices and ship fixes fast.
• Quotes and procedure codes produced during the beta may be inexact or based on an earlier reference set. They must always be verified by the practice before being given to a patient or used for billing.
• The founding beta price ($90 per practitioner per month) is locked for the lifetime of your subscription: it will never increase for as long as your subscription remains active.

• Paid plans are billed per practitioner, monthly, through our payment provider.
• Assistant and staff accounts are included at no extra charge.
• You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Cancelling a founding-price subscription ends the price lock.
• Free and trial tiers have usage limits (shown in the application) that we may adjust with notice.

The practice owns the data it enters into Aria: patients, plans, sequences, quotes. We process it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export or delete it at any time, and account deletion removes it from the service.

• No use outside a professional dental context.
• No attempt to breach, probe, or overload the service.
• No reselling or providing access to third parties outside your practice.

We work to keep Aria fast and available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, and Aria is provided “as is” during the beta. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amounts you paid to Aria in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You can stop using Aria and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with notice where practicable.

If we change these terms in a way that materially affects you, we will notify you in the application before the change takes effect. Continuing to use Aria after that constitutes acceptance.

These terms form an agreement between your practice and DentAI SA. They are governed by Swiss law, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Geneva, Switzerland, subject to any mandatory consumer or professional protections of your place of establishment. Questions: contact@ariadental.io.
