The console
The network, practice by practice
A separate login opens a console over every practice of the group. It reads: patients, active plans, chair hours, revenue, fees per hour and estimated margin, each practice on its own line and the network at the bottom.
- Each practice measured against its own objective, never against a network average.
- Every plan of the network, filterable by status and by practice, opening onto the full plan.
- CSV export whenever the figures need to leave.

The direction console is read-only. Nothing is edited from here, and no practice loses control of its own plans.
The money
What came in, and what is dragging
Outstanding amounts aged into buckets, per practice, plus the month's collections against what is projected from appointments already dated. The value accepted but not yet scheduled is called out by name rather than buried.
- Ageing at 30, 60, 90 days and beyond, with a per-practice breakdown.
- Collected against projected, month by month.
- Accepted but unscheduled value, so it stops being invisible.

Projections come from appointments that already have a date on an accepted plan, never from an assumption about future activity.
The practitioners
Your practitioners, to the hour
Every practitioner of the chain, grouped by practice: appointments delivered, hours, fees per hour, care delivered, what is upcoming, and the plans they created.
- Filter by practice, and by specialty where it has been filled in.
- Per-practice occupancy from the chair count, and nothing at all when it is not configured.
- The count of appointments with no practitioner attributed is shown, because an honest gap beats a flattering average.

Specialty is a label and a filter. Aria does not route appointments by specialty.
Across practices
One appointment, one practitioner, even in another practice
When a practice belongs to a group, assigning an appointment drills down twice: first the practices of the chain, then that practice's practitioners. The card then carries the name and the practice everywhere it appears.
- Your own practice comes first, the others follow.
- The assignee is written onto the card, so no view has to go looking for it.
- Outside collaborators have their own section, and are marked as such on the patient's page too.

Every article across every practice, with the most critical status and the earliest order-by date. When one practice runs out while another sits on a surplus, Aria says so.
- Per-article totals, expandable to the practice that holds them.
- Transfer suggestions between practices, written out in plain language.
- A practice can copy its catalog and recipes to the practices that have none.
Across the network
Suggestion: Central holds more than it needs while Riverside is short. The transfer is yours to make; Aria points at it rather than moving your stock.
