You write the procedures in any order. Aria asks only the questions whose answer changes the plan, then lays out the appointments with their durations and the delays between them, each carrying its clinical reason.

- Delays carry their reason and are anchored to the procedure that triggers them, so they follow when an appointment moves.
- Everything stays editable: drag a card, fix a duration, or ask for a reorganization in plain language.

What the plan earns, before you start it
The total on a quote says nothing about whether it pays. Aria sets the amount against the chair time the sequence actually consumes, live, while you edit it.
- Fees, not revenue: materials and laboratory never inflate the figure.
- Red, neutral or green against the target you set yourself.
- With no target configured, nothing is shown. You are never compared to a threshold that is not yours.

The quote comes out of the sequence, to the cent
The AI never sets a price. It picks identifiers only, which bundle and which catalog codes on which teeth, and a deterministic engine computes every amount from your own catalog and settings.
- Every line traces back to the code that produced it and the rule that priced it.
- Edit a line, add a discount, or correct it in plain language and see the effect before applying.
- Your country catalog: Swiss tariff points, or CDT codes against your own fee schedule.

Edit the sequence and the quote resyncs. Where you edited it by hand, it asks before recomputing rather than overwriting your work.
The patient
The patient sees the plan, and answers
A page in their name: the run of appointments, the waits explained rather than endured, and the quote if you choose to show it. Access is by a one-time code sent to the contact on their record.
- They accept the plan, or answer an appointment with yes or no.
- Your preview is exactly their page, down to the comma.
- What is visible belongs to the plan, not to the link, so an old link cannot bypass your choice.

The team
The whole team, without paying for the whole team
The practice owns one account, and each person has their own profile with a role. Generating a sequence stays with practitioners, because it is a clinical act with a real cost, and it is enforced on the server rather than hidden in the interface.
- One profile per person, chosen when signing in.
- Assistants and front desk manage patients, agenda and payments.
- You pay one seat per practitioner who generates plans. Everyone else is free.
