The sequence workspace

The sequence opens in its own tab. The conversation panel on the left, the appointments in the middle, the tabs and controls along the top.

The left panel

In Chat mode you get the enriched plan, the AI reasoning during generation, and a log of every action. The composer at the bottom takes a plain-language instruction: there is no mode to pick, Aria routes it itself. A small duration or naming fix applies directly; a real reorganization starts a dedicated run; a change to the treatment plan opens the Modify plan dialog.

In References mode you see the similar validated cases the generation drew on, and their coverage against the detected procedures.

The tabs

• Sequence: the appointments. The chevron opens plan options, variants and deletion.
• Quote: the pricing, available once the sequence is saved. Opening it saves your pending edits first, so the quote matches the procedures on screen.
• Patient: attachment, sharing, payments and the patient status.
• Notes: clinical and patient notes for every appointment in one place.

Editing an appointment

Cards drag with the mouse. Clicking a card opens its panel: rename the appointment, change its duration, add, remove or reorder procedures, and see the clinical links between them. Deleting a linked procedure asks whether its links should go too; deleted items land in a tray at the bottom, from which you can drop them back onto any card.

The top controls

Canvas and 3D toggle, undo and redo, revert to the generated version, the save state, the live fees per hour, the Present button and the validation pill.

Command + K opens a command bar: describe the change in one sentence, by voice if you like, and Aria turns it into precise actions on the sequence.

The analysis

A floating pill lists observations about the sequence. Hovering one highlights the card it concerns, and you can ask for the fix straight in the chat. This analysis never runs on its own.
