The quote

The quote is produced alongside the sequence. You find it on the Quote tab as soon as the sequence is saved.

The principle

The AI sets no price. It only picks identifiers: which bundle, which catalog codes, in what quantity, on which teeth. Every amount is then computed by a deterministic engine, from your catalog and your settings.

That is what makes a quote checkable. Every line can be traced back to the code that produced it and the rule that priced it.

What you can change

• Lines: price, quantity, tooth, deletion, adding a manual line or a bundle.
• Discounts, with their reason.
• The validity date and the notes for the patient.

A plain-language correction box takes a sentence like "remove the crown on 26". Aria works out the operations, drops anything that matches nothing real, and shows the effect on the total before you apply it.

The quote logic

An expandable panel details, treatment by treatment, the bundle or code chosen, the teeth involved, the reasoning and the expanded codes. Directly chosen codes are flagged for review, and procedures with no match are listed so you can enter them by hand.

Staying in sync with the sequence

After a sequence save, the quote is compared against the procedures. It resyncs on its own where it can; where it holds your manual edits, it asks you to recompute rather than overwriting your work.

Statuses

Draft, sent, viewed, accepted, declined, expired. Validation stays blocked while a missing fee prevents a correct computation. A preview renders the printable version, with practice header, patient, lines, discounts, total and legal notice.
