The practice
Practice settings
Where to find what, across six tabs.
Practice
Identity and contact details, logo, currency, country and language. This is also where opening hours live, along with hourly overhead and chair count, the colors of appointment families and delay reasons, your dictation abbreviations, and which statuses count toward revenue.
Practice intelligence
What steers Aria proposals for your practice: your clinical rules, step suggestions, post-operative instructions, and the clarification settings, which can be tuned per domain or switched off.
Fees
The catalog and the computation, different depending on your country. Your bundles and the practice hourly target live here too.
Users
Create, edit, activate or deactivate profiles, and assign roles. A reminder: a profile is not a login, and only practitioners who generate take a paid seat.
Visuals and external dentists
The look of patient-facing documents, and the list of outside colleagues you can assign an appointment to.
Inventory has its own page in the menu: stock with projected coverage computed from upcoming sequences, and recipes describing what each treatment type consumes. Every stock change goes through a ledger, never a direct correction.
