Scheduling and follow-up

The agenda

Placing appointments in time, by practitioner, and tracking what is done.

The agenda shows the appointments actually booked, by day, by five-day week or by seven, from 8am to 7pm. In day view, each practitioner gets a column.

Booking an appointment

From a sequence 3D view, each appointment can be scheduled: a floating agenda opens, you pick the slot, and the appointment is saved. You can also create an appointment straight from the agenda.

Moving and correcting

Clicking an appointment opens its detail: date, duration, patient, practitioner, status. From there you can open the sequence, mark the appointment done or planned again, cut it to paste elsewhere, or delete it.

What the patient answers

When a patient confirms attendance or asks to move an appointment from their page, the block shows it in the agenda. Reschedule requests also surface at the top of the follow-up page.

Follow-up

The Follow-up page gathers what needs attention, inventing nothing: reschedule requests, plans to schedule, next appointments to book, plans to send to the patient, and those awaiting an answer. Each line leads to the plan.

Only practitioners appear as columns and filters in the agenda. Assistants and front desk manage the agenda without occupying a column in it.
