Fee systems

Aria prices in your country fee system. The system follows your practice country, adjustable in settings, and it drives the catalog, the computation, the tooth notation and even the language of the warnings.

Switzerland

• The catalog is the Swiss dental tariff, shared across practices.
• Amounts are computed as points multiplied by your practice point value.
• The guarantor is taken into account: privately, a band around the reference value plus a factor of your own; under social insurance, fixed values.
• VAT distinguishes medical services from materials.
• The quote separates fees, materials and laboratory.
• Tooth notation is FDI.

United States

• The catalog is the CDT code set.
• Amounts come from your own fee schedule, one fee per code, entirely under your control.
• A code with no fee entered blocks validation rather than producing a wrong number.
• Everything is fees, with no materials or laboratory split.
• Tooth notation is Universal.

At signup, the US schedule can be pre-filled from the state and city you give. A row you then edit by hand is protected: no later pre-fill will overwrite it.
